Because our formulas are made for personal, hormone-safe use, our return policy protects both you and the integrity of each small batch.
We review every concern thoughtfully and will always guide you clearly through next steps.
Castor Oil Products
If you’re not satisfied, castor oil products may be returned within 30 days of delivery, as long as at least half the bottle remains.
Bundles or kits that include castor oil are not eligible for the 30-day return window.
Before sending anything back, please email [email protected] for pre-approval.
Returns sent without approval cannot be processed.
What We’ll Need
To process any refund request, including damaged items, reactions, quality concerns, or incorrect orders, please include:
• Clear photos or a short video
• The lot number printed on the bottle
• A brief description of the issue
The lot number helps us review the exact batch and maintain our small-batch quality standards.
This allows our team to verify the concern and move your request forward efficiently.
Return Shipping
If your return is approved:
• A prepaid return label will be provided
• The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the issue was due to our error
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Final Sale Items
For health and safety reasons, the following items are final sale and not eligible for return:
• Supplements or ingestibles
• Wellness tools that touch the skin (packs, rollers, etc.)
• Gift sets, kits, bundles, promotional items, or limited releases
