📦 Cancellation Policy

We move quickly to get your order out the door.

Orders may be canceled or modified within 2 hours of placement for a full refund.

If you need to make a change, please email [email protected] as soon as possible with your order number and request.

If we’re able to catch it before processing begins, we’ll confirm your cancellation by email.


After 2 Hours

• Once an order enters processing, it cannot be modified or canceled.
• If you’ve received a shipping confirmation email, the order has already left our facility.
• We cannot guarantee cancellations outside the 2-hour window.

Because we fulfill orders quickly, timing matters.


Subscription Orders

For subscription orders, you receive a reminder email 3 days before renewal. This gives you time to:

• Skip
• Swap products
• Update your address
• Adjust your delivery date
• Cancel

Once a Subscription Renews

Once a subscription order processes, the same 2-hour cancellation window applies.

After that 2-hour period, no changes can be made.
