Marked “Delivered” but Not Received?
We know it’s frustrating to see “Delivered” and not have your package in hand yet. Let’s walk through this together.
If your tracking shows Delivered but you haven’t received it, here’s what to do:
1. Take a Quick Look Around
Carriers sometimes leave packages in less obvious spots. Please check:
• Side or back doors
• Behind planters or outdoor furniture
• With building staff or a front desk
• With neighbors or family members
It’s surprisingly common for packages to be tucked somewhere safe.
2. Confirm Your Shipping Address
Reply to our support team confirming the full shipping address used for the order. This allows us to review the carrier details accurately.
3. Contact Us Within 30 Days
To open an investigation, you must contact us within 30 days of the marked delivery date.
After 30 days, we’re unable to file a claim or issue a replacement, as this falls outside the carrier’s reporting window.
A Note on Carrier Timing
Carriers officially consider a package “lost” 15 days after the delivery scan.
If the package does not arrive within that 15-day period, we can move forward with next steps once the carrier window has passed.
Once you’ve confirmed the address and checked around, we’ll take it from there and guide you through what’s next.
We’re here to help.
