My order was marked delivered but it’s not here.Updated 7 months ago

If your package is marked as “Delivered” but you haven’t received it, please follow the steps below so we can best assist you:

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our Customer Support team within 30 days of the delivery date.

  2. Confirm Your Shipping Address: To help us investigate, please confirm the full shipping address used for your order.

  3. Check Around Your Property: Sometimes packages are left in less obvious locations such as:

    • Side doors or porches

    • Behind planters or furniture

    • With building staff, neighbors, or family members

Once we have the confirmed address and you've checked around, we’ll do our best to resolve the issue with you. Please note that we may need to open a claim with the shipping carrier before taking further action.
